What made you quit your jobs and start this company? 

We both have held corporate jobs over the years. We noticed a glaring hole in the market for high end American-made baby products, and being in our target market ourselves thought we were on to something. We wanted to make products that are more sustainable and safer for our children. We worked on our first product for over two years before we decided to take the jump and pursue it full time. It's been an adventure! As entrepreneurs AND parents it's critical that we balance the launch of our company with raising our children - and it's not always easy. But it's been the most gratifying experience of our professional lives to build this company and provide valuable solutions to our customers. Without you, there's no us. We will never take that for granted. 

I'd love to get paid to post content, do you use brand ambassadors / affiliate marketers?

We do! Send us a note through our "Contact Us" link at the bottom of our page. Please include your platform (FB, Instagram etc.), number of followers, your engagement metrics (if you have them) and how we best can contact you. We'd love to hear from you and spread the word about Noble Newborn! 

I have a product idea, can I tell you about it?

We'd love to hear about it. We cannot make any guarantees on production but if it's something we'd like to explore with you then it could be a great fit. We require Non-Disclosure Agreements to be executed prior to discussing product ideation. 

What materials do you use?

We meet or exceed all requirements for material safety within our product line. For instance, we use food grade level materials even though the Emerson Bottle Brush is a cleaning device, not technically a food device. Noble Newborn in all instances uses the highest quality, federally approved raw materials. In addition to design, we value safety and hygiene. We would never use a material we won't use with our own children. We don't cut corners and appreciate the trust you have placed in us to deliver childcare products you can rely on. 

Are you hiring?

At the moment, no. But we are always looking to work with talented people. We work with a lot of parents that have left the workforce to raise their children. We are flexible, and there's quite often a child babbling in the background of our conference calls. We're a parent-focused company, it's our ethos. 

Are you accepting investors?

We maintain close, ongoing relationships with our investors and at times may be looking to raise capital. Send us a note to ceo@noblenewborn.com. There is not currently a capital round in progress but we will keep your information for when we do. Let's start the conversation!

Where are your products made?

The Emerson Bottle Brush Kit and Replacement brush heads are Made in America. If you have any additional questions on product sourcing, please send us a note to ceo@noblenewborn.com. 

How do I make a warranty claim?

We are SO SORRY you're having an issue! Please send us a note to orders@noblenewborn.com and reference your order number, your issue, and what we can do to fix it. We stand by our products and want you to be as delighted as can be. We will make it right.
